Description
I made this for a contest which m-mannering.deviantart.com/ is running, in which we were supposed to use the Snow Queen Scene Maker in order to make a Disney Villain, paying special attention to utilizing items from the drag-and-drop menu to make them really come to life.
It took me a while to decide on which of the many MANY Disney Villains to make as there are so many which I like for one reason or another. I finally decided on Cruella De Vil from "101 Dalmatians". I have some very fond childhood memories of laughing so hard that I cried while watching her and her crazy driving antics. I wasn't able to make her coat exactly (or really, anywhere close) to how it was in the animated movie, but I think I at least got the idea across. Also, masking half of her hair black using a little tiny teardrop shape wasn't easy, but it wound up looking better than what I'd originally tried, which was placing pieces of hair from the hair drag-and-drop menu in place to cover up the original white. And that handbag and cigarette were the hardest things to do in this whole piece! Aaaaaaanyway, I hope people like it, and as always, feedback is welcome and appreciated.

Cruella De Vil (at least the version of her I attempted to re-create) is owned by Disney. And I get no money for making this.
