Round 15: On Ice

This is for Round 15 of the fashion challenge being run by  of in which everyone was given a different figure-skating outfit from which to draw our inspiration.  I got this gorgeous purple one and though I love how it looks, it left me scratching my head just a bit when it came time to figure out just how I was going to accomplish this. *LOL* All those little spirals really had me concerned, not to mention the intricate designs on the bodice.  In the end, I decided to go for a more "inspired-by" look, though I still tried to make it resemble the original as much as I could.  Any feedback is welcome and appreciated.
